Participation in these promotions is optional and subject to affiliate terms.

All reservations made through Book n Earns are subject to the specific cancellation, refund, and payment policies of the property.

Standard check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual property.

False representation or misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

Book n Earns acts as an intermediary only and is not responsible for:
- The quality or safety of listed properties.
- Service disruptions or errors caused by third parties.
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from a stay or reservation.

All trademarks, logos, content, and software used on the Platform are owned or licensed by Book n Earns Inc.
Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
