This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments are made for bookings made through our Platform.
🔹 1. Scope
This policy applies to all bookings and payments made on the Book n Earns website, app, or through authorized affiliates.
By completing a reservation, you agree to the terms set forth below.
🔹 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests are made within the property’s allowed cancellation window.
- The property confirms the cancellation and authorizes a refund.
- Duplicate payments or technical errors are verified by our support team.
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Please check your booking details carefully before confirming.
🔹 3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking (credit card, debit card, or online payment gateway).
The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 10–15 business days.
🔹 4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, properties may apply retention fees or partial charges depending on the time of cancellation.
Book n Earns is not responsible for the refund amount determined by the property’s individual policy.
🔹 5. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”), the property’s no-show terms will apply.
In most cases, one night’s stay or full booking value may be charged as a penalty.
🔹 6. Property-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where a property cancels a confirmed booking, Book n Earns will:
- Offer a full refund of the booking amount, or
- Assist the user in finding similar accommodation at the same or lower rate.
🔹 7. Technical or Payment Errors
If a booking fails due to system error or duplicate payment, please contact support@booknearns.com immediately.
Refunds for such cases are typically processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
🔹 8. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain exclusive deals, flash sales, or promo-code-based offers may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
These conditions will always be clearly displayed during the booking process.
🔹 9. Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are issued in the same currency used during booking.
Any exchange rate differences or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest’s financial institution.
